In Atrial Fibrillation, the heart is the target and the upper chambers of the heart quiver irregularly rather than beating steadily. There are clots formed as blood pools due to this irregularity and these bllod vessals can even move to the brain causing a stroke as they block the blood vessals there. In many cases heart failure is a major risk.

Now analying the reason for this  - obesity.(playing the major role). As the saying goes prevention is better than cure we can take a look at the prevention of such cases. The health matters to be lloked into is the high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes. Women who are obese are at greater risk as she is more vulnerable to coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure and eventually death.
