The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune has launched a MBA programme for executives. The course is meant to groom future corporate leaders and equip them with the requisite leadership skills like strategic thinking, seasoned judgement and an international perspective. The programme lasts for 30 months and consists of 5 semesters with 4 semesters of classroom learning. During the 5th semester the students are required to complete a project in any functional area of their choice within the period of 6 months after the completion of the 4th semester. They also have to submit a project report of the same.
The executive MBA offers mid-career managers and professionals the opportunity to prepare for great managerial responsibility. Selection is on the basis of n entrance test on verbal ability, business awareness, current affairs and general knowledge followed by an interview.
