The delhi Government has opened a website for YOUR RIGHT TO INFORMATION .

THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005 states that

An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The Public Grievances Commission was set up under a Resolution dated 25.09.97 by the Government of NCT of Delhi, with the prior approval of Central Government. This provides a comprehensive mechanism for effective redressal of grievances of the public against the departments of Government of Delhi, Local Bodies, Autonomous Institutions/Undertakings and organizations owned or substantially financed by the Government of Delhi.

The ambulances are equipped with wireless equipment and other sophisticated first-aid equipment like Collapsible Stretcher-cum-trolley, Manual Suction Pump, Medical anti-shock trouser, Inflatable Air Splint, Oxygen Cylinder, Resuscitation Bag, First-aid kit etc. Each ambulance is manned with 2 interchangeable Asstt. Junior ambulance Officer (AJAO), the AJAOs are graduate who trained in multi disciplinary skill of first-aid emergency management, wireless communication and driving.
