Palmistry, also known as Cheiromancy, is my favorite tool of divination, as lines never lie. They are the blueprint of your experience in this reality. The palms of the hand are further used for healing by many healers and can experience energy if you focus. The left acts to receive energy while the right hand sends it out.
Chiromancy is the art of characterization and foretelling the future through the study of the palm, also known as palmistry, palm-reading, chirology or hand analysis. The practice is found all over the world, with numerous cultural variations. Those who practise chiromancy are generally called chiromancers, palmists, palm readers or chirologists.
Palmistry is not foretelling. The original intent of palmistry was for personality assessment and counselling. One's emotional tendencies, social attitudes, conscious awareness and subconscious fears, blockages and strengths can be understood in great detail through this in-depth system which analyses the hand and the markings it carry.Though these days it is used to predict the future of an individual, palmistry does well with the personality assessment task.

The differences between the hands
Which hand do you read?
The left and right hands are totally different from one another. It's very rare to find a pair of palms which are identical.
The theory behind this is that your potential at birth is revealed in the left hand while the right hand represents your adult self and shows what you have done with your abilities. This is reversed in left-handed people.
You have to study both hands. The hand you write with is your dominant or active hand. It reflects the conscious you. The other hand, the passive or minor hand, is more about the subconscious. So both hands must be considered to see the 'whole' person.
