The O2 XDA IIs is the best quality PDA phone with the top half sides revealing a QWERTY keypad. The buttons give a blue light to facilitate in no light situations. The phone is a bit bulky and a bit heavy at 210 gms, which sports a touch screen TFT. The )2 XDA IIs does not have a wi-fi but it includes 802.11b connectivity which worls as a wi-fi. The o2 XDA has a VGA camera and the photos are of 640 x 480-pixel sizes and the videos can be shot at 320 x 240-pixels. Memory is resonable at 128 Mb and also a 43 Mb flash disk. The Sound quality was quite good both when used in standard mode and in handsfree mode.

The O2 XDA IIi has a processor of Intel PXA2723 which runs at a speed of 520 megahertz and ofcourse it is 120 times faster than the O2 XDA IIs. The memory is 128 MB which has a additional port for MMC and SDIO cards. The Windows Media Player is present in the O2 IIi, whereas O2 is developing the O2 media player to be launched lately.  The 1.3 megapixel camera is embedded in the rear panel. It has a digital zoom & a night mode for capturing night shot, you can download & stream video quickly. The O2 IIi also comes with a photo ID contacts feature which allows the user to add a photo to each contact in their phone book. The O2 IIi is a triband phone with Bluetooth, GPRS, MMS, SMS, Infrared and Wi-Fi (802.11b). The enhancements of the phone include the Active Sync software, which allows co-ordination of the data from the user PC to the XDA.
